The past several days is chaotic for me for the day Zhou tell me what happen in our 863 project presentation in Beijing to today. Zhou didn’t satisfied our project which caused some problems in presentation, such as 2 papers on research achievement list with mistakes that no sponsor information on the papers and the powerpoint file used for presentation is not update and has some mistakes. Though I think this problems are cause by the condition that our group management system which Zhou wish Zhu is in charge of our group and think Zhu can dell with the problems and tell the members what to do and how to do. But Zhu regards this as nothing and do his business in Zhouzhou. In this way, the problems cause from the situation that Zhou think our group is on control , and in fact, our group is scattered.
Of course, the problem is caused by my attitude about the job Zhou arrange to me. Maybe, I think I enter Tongji for research dream and just write my paper to achieve the graduate condition that is a require of the quantity and quality of the PH.D candidate.
